Join our dynamic team at 29 Carpenter Street, managing **exclusive entertainment experiences**across our private KTV rooms and live house We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to elevate our VIP hospitality and entertainment offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Relations & VIP Services**
- Lead and manage guest relations for our private KTV rooms and live house, ensuring premium service and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests, ensuring personalized experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

**2. Entertainment Strategy & Branding**
- Strategize and implement engaging entertainment programs and themed events to enhance brand recognition.
- Collaborate with marketing to create unique birthday and event experiences that drive customer retention.

**3. CRM Management**
- Analyze data from the CRM system, POS and other digital touchpoints to identify trends, customer preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze reservation data to optimize table turnover, improve customer experience and manage peak periods efficiently

**4. Team Recruitment & Upselling Incentives**
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing service team dedicated to delivering VIP customer service.
- Implement attractive incentive schemes to encourage upselling of premium liquor and bottle packages.

**5. Alcohol Procurement & Inventory Management**
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of liquor, ensuring quality control and stock efficiency.
- Monitor supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to optimize cost and profitability.

**6. AV & Sound System Management**
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the AV and sound systems across all KTV rooms and live house.
- Ensure top-notch sound quality and seamless technical execution during live performances and private events.

**6. Sales & Business Growth**
- Take ownership of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Propose and implement seasonal promotional packages to attract customers and boost sales.

**Job Requirement**:

- Work Schedule: 6 days week (5:30pm to 2:30am)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
- 5 years of relevant supervisory experience
