Senior Japanese Language Teacher

**Position Overview:
As a Senior Japanese Language Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Japanese language courses, including up to Business Japanese proficiency. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive curricula tailored to the needs of our diverse student body.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and effective Japanese language courses, ensuring alignment with student learning objectives.
- Provide instruction in various aspects of the Japanese language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with a focus on Business Japanese where applicable.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials, resources, and assessments to meet the needs and proficiency levels of individual learners.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and success.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching methodologies. Stay abreast of developments in language education and incorporate best practices into teaching approaches.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language Education, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Native proficiency in Japanese.
- Minimum of 10-20 years of experience teaching Japanese language courses to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Proven track record of developing curriculum materials and designing effective language courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range: $4,000 to $5,000 per month
