Supply Chain Planning

**About the Role**:
As a result of this large-scale change program, we are seeking to appoint a **Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Senior Executive**. In this role you will be responsible for demand planning and replenishment, and inventory management.

Thanks to your operational authority and accountability, you will support business leaders in managing sales and supply forecast quality and liaising with respective stakeholders to ensure supply and demand reliability. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Based on sales forecast and inventory levels, update and maintain the demand plan to MBC.
- Monitor supply and demand conditions and manage variations proactively.
- Manage replenishment orders, ensuring good time and cost balance.
- Maintain inventory at optimum levels to avoid stock-out and minimize excess.
- Minimize inventory ageing and obsolescence.
- Administer stock adjustments and write-offs.
- Generate inventory reports.

**What we are looking for**:

- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills to develop trusting and credible relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective decision-making and issue resolution abilities in a pressured environment.
- Good knowledge of demand planning practice, methodology and principles.
- Good hands-on working knowledge with demand planning and material requirement planning modules.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations including warehouseoperations, freight, transportation, and inventory optimization.
- Hands-on SAP experience in MM/MRP/BI module.
- Experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to analyse and develop Supply-Chain strategies within a complex supply model.
- Proven experience of employing a high level of initiative and self-motivation to achieve performance standards.
