Roles & Responsibilities

This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be looking into business process innovation of our Supply Chain Management function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Supply Chain Process Improvements Initiatives
- S&OP, Distribution & Logistics and Data Analysis
- Review and streamline supply chain planning KPIs to enable optimal inventory level management including case scenarios analysis to establish effective demand and supply operations to achieve healthy stock levels.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly management reporting materials.
- Support Global and regional initiatives to further advance the capability of the SCM regionally and be the center of excellence to support
- Continuously drive for operational improvement and constantly looking out for cost reduction/efficiency in all areas of operations.
- Working closely with regional SCM team, monitoring and actively manage inventory situation (including initiation of required items) to address gaps versus targets while ensuring business continuity.
- Support and drives Asia Pacific regional supply chain strategy by working closely with business units SCM leads.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or its relevance.
- 3 to 5 years or more in Supply Chain roles. Preferably work in a regional supply chain/planning role.
- Preferably end to end supply chain experience with focus on stock management, forecasting, logistics and international trade flow
- Experienced in SAP/Oracle
- Proven track record and experience in implementing projects and process improvements.
- Gap and variance Analysis
- BI reporting
- Ability to work well in a team and complex environment.
- Good communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Work independently, well organized and results oriented
- Creative problem solving and gap analysis
