Managed Security Services

**Your Team**:
Check Point has a long-standing history of having an exceptionally strong partner base. With the launch of a new managed services program, we are looking for someone to help build this additional capacity in APAC such that small-to-mid sized organizations can consume our solutions as a service from a local managed service provider. These services would be related to our three broad solution areas - Quantum (network security), Harmony (end point and mobile security) and CloudGuard (cloud security).

**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:
**Role in a Nutshell**:
If you are keen to build on the existing set of the MSSP’s that are already using Check Point solutions to power their services, and also find and build a set of managed security services with selected new partners across APAC, this could be what you are looking for. This role reports to the Head of Channels for APAC, and works closely with each of the regions in APAC to help them build out MSSP offerings with a selected set of partners in each region around our solution offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate the 3-year MSSP strategy for APAC, developed in consultation with various stakeholders in APAC and HQ. Provide clarity of vision & related metrics to the teams on what we will achieve in each year, and the building blocks to create an incremental business through a new delivery method or to new customer segments.
- Map current APAC Top MSSP market and competitive offerings (Including - Industry Best Practices, Focused resource requirements, Collaborative & Competitive technology foot print, Benchmark pricing and catalog of service offerings)
- Build out APAC TAM (Total Addressable Market) for Check Point products and services via APAC MSSP’s (Excluding GSI). Validate your findings via engagement with industry bodies like Forrester, Gartner, IDC and Canalys.
- Build out a service catalog of top security service offerings that partners could take to market around our key solution areas. This catalog needs to include technical and commercial blueprints that partners would use. This catalog would be built by working with both HQ as well as with existing service providers, to document the ones that have most market demand and the ability for CP solutions to help power the related service offer.
- Work with Check Point Global Technical, Customers Success and Support organization to build a likely investment and success criteria for a successful Check Point MSSP offering.
- Work with each region to identify the set of MSSP’s (existing and future) and engage with the in-region teams to help with positioning Check Point as an underlying technology for these offerings, working with the partner on building out the service catalog, explaining the licensing model and partner program, and assisting with the demand creation and related GTM
- Document win stories each quarter of MSSP’s that are using Check Point solutions to meet the security demands of their end customers
- Work with HQ as the bridge to the Check Point field and partner teams on technical and commercial models, including contracts, investments and incentives needed. Serve as the key MSSP operations interface to the field channel facing team (CAMs) to reduce their time spent on operational activities, allowing them more partner-facing time.
- Create and maintain an APAC MSSP playbook and other FAQs for various internal and external channel stakeholders (internal teams, sales resources, partner /distributors)
- Define MSSP dashboards with periodic reporting against key metrics defined to allow each region and the geo as a whole to assess progress on the MSSP strategy.

**Your Knowledge & Skills**:

- Experienced leader who can take ownership and responsibility for the MSSP strategy and operations function, with a prior track record of doing this in another technology vendor
- Existing relationships with large MSP’s in APAC from prior roles to help ramp up this capacity quickly for Check Point.
- Proven ability to build a business and drive sales execution with partners directly, and by working through in-region teams
- Ability to influence others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals
- Possess a customer service mentality, exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
