**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patrolling**:Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for unusual activity, signs of disturbance, or unauthorized entry.
Identify and report potential security risks.
- **Monitoring**:Utilize CCTV cameras and other monitoring tools to oversee activities on the premises and promptly identify any security breaches.
Assist in monitoring alarm systems and other security equipment.
- **Crowd Control**:Effectively manage crowds during events or high-traffic times, ensuring they remain orderly and do not pose a risk to public safety.
Address any disruptive behavior and escalate to higher authorities as necessary.
- **Access Control**:Enforce access control procedures, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter restricted areas.
Verify identification and credentials as required.
- **Emergency Response**:Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches.
Take immediate action to mitigate damage and ensure the safety of individuals on the premises.
Notify emergency services when necessary.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate and detailed logs of incidents, activities, and any security-related issues during each shift.
Submit timely and comprehensive reports as required by management.
- **Customer Service**:Provide courteous and helpful assistance to visitors, tenants, and clients.
Ensure a positive and professional interaction with everyone entering the premises.

**Working Condition**:

- Orchard (shopping centre)
- Day shift
- 12 hours shift (9.30-21.30 - Three hours break)
- 6 Off day per month
- Gross $3,400
- Additional event incentive upto $200 for each event (5 major events)

**Qualification**:

- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.
- A valid security license.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with a calm and decisive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to **stand for long durations throughout the shift
