**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Team leader to manage a team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members every day.

You will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You will also need to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

You'll lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

You will have an **advanced knowledge** of testing procedures, technical gaming standards and various gaming platforms.

You will work with the BMM Technical Manager to deliver the specific objectives below.

**Specific Objectives**

The Team Leader is responsible for:

- Leading testing projects with an advanced understanding of all required tests.
- Dealing with major projects involving complex customer/regulatory issues.
- Reviewing all test results and incidents for a project.
- Preparation of defect reports, evaluation reports and status reports for the projects.
- Following BMM's project management procedures.
- Ensuring the quality of work by adhering to BMM's standards and procedures.
- Providing pro-active communication to customers, regulators, and team.
- Handling multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
- Assisting with training of new staff members.
- Creating a great team environment with an open communication culture.
- Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for the team.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of testing procedures, gaming standards and gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Project-management and team-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Report writing skills.

**Qualifications**:

- An Engineering/Science Degree (required).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 4 years of white box testing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years gaming or wagering systems experience (preferred).
