**Overview**:
This role will represent Medline Operations and Supply Chain organization within East Asia Region’s key stakeholders to be their key point of contact to provide supply chain solutions to internal sales, quality team and external customers, and ensure goods availability and service level targets are fulfilled with continuous improvements. Tasks are listed below but non
- exhaustive:
✔ Establish responsive supply chain processes as part of the East Asia supply chain model based on growing demand of the customers in this region.

✔ Keep improving balanced demand and supply by working closely with sale/marketing, finance, regulatory and supplier.

✔ Support Supply Chain Lead on building up “end to end” supply chain operation flow and solutions.

✔ Lead / participate system testing of both QADand 3PL WMS for SEA, CN and KR, to ensure system can effectively support daily operation. Create system operation guide book and maintain supply chain planning data and parameters.

**Responsibility**:
100% of the allocate time to SEA region business on supply chain level:
**1. **Demand/Supply Planning**:conduct S&OP on monthly basis with sales team for data gathering data and visualize impact of variations from customer forecast vs. actual demand.
- Propose appropriate plans for replenishment to anticipate supply impact and optimal inventory coverage.
- Goal is to minimize the build to order model for the East Asia business and maximize the use of a third party warehouse as Regional Distribution Center to effectively support sales growth and customer demands.

**2. **Inventory management**:Keep inventory healthy by monitoring SOH and open order status through both systems and regular review with supply base and 3PL partners
- implement systems tools e.g. MRP on QAD to effectively drive forecast requisition and supply planning e.g. establish forecast requisition, DED etc.
- Track and monitor end-to-end leadtime of supply network for Asia-based suppliers and for US-based supply from Medline’s DCs/factories

**3. **Logistics Operations**: Liaise with vendors for goods on time production. Coordinate with freight forwarders for order delivery and supply chain visibility e.g. Trace & Track.

**4. **Product Costing**:Responsible for launch of target new product by coordinating with GSO sourcing team, vendor and regulatory team, inputting and maintaining regularly product costing for active products in East Asia. Hands-on experience with vendors in Asia e.g. factories in China, Malaysia and Indo-China preferred. Communicate to the sales team on a frequent basis the major costing changes to help the sales team update their pricing data and win tenders.

**5. **Supply Chain Digitalization**:As a QAD system key user, support system testing and set-up with 3PL WMS, support products’ phase-in at system level including basic data analytics and planning parameters’ set-up for both SEA and CN market, assist Supply Chain Lead to implement digitization of “end to end” supply chain and on driving logistics visibility.

**6. **Supply Chain Strategy and Optimization**:Lead supply chain improvement solutions and implement projects for purpose of supply chain strategic transformation and mapping to overcome supply chain challenges and to better respond to customer needs.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree, prefer university majors as Supply Chain, International Trading & Logistics, Industry Engineering or Mathematics.

2. At least 3 years’ supply chain experiences in Production / Supply Chain or equivalent in Multi-national Company environment.

3. End-to-end hands-on experience in QAD ERP systems in both Purchasing and Sales Distribution modules

5. Detail-oriented and good patience are required. Need to handle various details and follow up with different vendors across the region.

6. Strong sense of urgency and risk, results orientated; excellent time management and organizational skills as well as communication skills.

6. Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT, Visio.

7. Good written and oral English. Mandarin or local languages is a plus.
