**Responsibilities**:

- Lead PIL Intra Asia Services, including Mariana Express Lines and Malaysia Shipping Corporation to set and achieve goals
- Train, guide and motivate team to develop them professionally and to meet business and organisational objectives
- Review, develop and implement strategy to ensure optimum financial performance of Intra Asia Services, including maximizing utilization of vessels to achieve targeted lifting, volume and revenue.
- Lead and work with stakeholders to facilitate and execute integration of carrier owned container & shipper owned container portfolio
- Enhance existing services to optimize vessel deployment & deploy ad-hoc loaders to reduce vessel idling time.
- Maintain relationship with existing service partners & develop new partners for potential future cooperation.
- Review and work with team to achieve ongoing greater and more effective process/work flow
- Attend to any tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of trade management or related experience with a global liner
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
