**Position: Landed Build Advisor (Full-Time)**

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused **Landed Build Advisor**to join our growing team. This role is key in guiding clients through the entire journey of designing and building landed residential properties — from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their construction needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about the construction process, including timelines, costs, and materials.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Organize and conduct site visits and presentations.

**Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Network within the residential construction community to build relationships and attract clients.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Offer technical advice on construction methods and materials.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop tailored solutions.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
- Coordinate promotional events, such as open houses and property exhibitions.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Address any concerns or questions clients may have.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in construction sales, project advisory, or a similar client-facing role is advantageous.
