EUC Support Engineer

**Responsibilities include**:

- Solving service requests
- Troubleshooting IT related issue (hardware/software/network)
- Helpful, good attitude and service oriented when dealing with internal/external staff
- Permanent work in office (onshore)
- Providing advices/solution to problems/incident raised by internal/external staff
- Familiarize with product life cycle of service request

**Required skillset**:

- Jira/Confluence experience is required. (Good understanding of agile methodology)
- Jira Service Management experience is required.
- Good/Proficient in Win10 AND Mac OS installation/support
- Good/Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 support
- Basic experience with Service Level Agreement
- Basic experience with AD/group policy
- Problem solving skills is required.
- Apple Business Manager experience is good to have.
- Okta experience is required.
- JAMF experience is good to have
- Microsoft Intunes experience is good to have
- Workspace One management experience is required.
- User administration experience is required.
- Strong communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders at various levels
