- Position Title**:Customer Support Officer (Airfreight)/ Customer Service Executive (Airfreight)**:
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6.18 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer’s airfreight/ seafreight/ roadfreight enquiries
- Handle and monitor third party’s air/ sea/ road shipments.
- Work closely with pricing team and business partner on pricing strategy and/ or cost.
- Analyse/ negotiate rates and provide quotations to customers.
- Assist in report preparation for customers, and billing instructions to Import/ Export.
- Manage projects assigned by Superior.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD/ Managers.
