Fleek is also the sister brand of GaiGai, a local matchmaking agency company.

This role is a long-term/permanent internship program. If you’d like to join a young dynamic team and squeeze your creative juices, you are going to fit in perfectly.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee Day-to-Day Social Media Channels
- includes content creation, reaching out for brand collaborations, driving growth and engagement
- Social Media Analytics
- Keep track of delivery, KPIs, analytics and timeline.
- Creation of Marketing Posters, TikTok videos, Reels any media related visuals
- Managing a Monthly Newsletter
- Article copywriting and general announcements
- Managing and Updating the Company’s Website and Landing Pages
- Taking Photos and Videos at Various Fleek Events and Workshops
- Create an Authentic, Appealing, and Sustainable Brand Strategy to Drive Interest

**Required Skills**:

- Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Fashion, Fashion Marketing
- Experienced in Social Media
- Those savvy with all trending social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc) are welcome to apply
- Experienced in Canva
- Creation of most social media posts and marketing posters will be done on Canva
- Proactive and Takes Initiative
- In pitching ideas and executing content creation
- Arrange filming times with various Fleek coaches
- Be comfortable filming yourself to churn out even more content
- Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Able to work in a team and take part in active discussions
- Growth Mindset and Good Learning Attitude
- Willing to learn independently and improve on the job, as well as a general interest in understanding Fleek’s workshop/coaching content in order to align social media content
- Photography Skills
- Take quality photos of coaches and clients with a phone
- Video Editing Skills
- For editing Instagram reels and longer-form videos. YouTube video editing is a plus.
- Copywriting Skills
- Writing articles to generate interest, and general copywriting for social media and marketing content.

**More You Should Know**:

- 5 days work week, Monday to Sunday, with the ability to plan your off day and rest day.
- Required to work on certain weekends and required to travel to meet clients.
- Working hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm
