**Management Trainee**
He/She will embark on a rigorous 18-month learning programme in key divisions around the Hotel operations. With direct hands-on experience from entry to supervisory level, the programme will prepare and propel him/her to a junior managerial role upon completion.
**Responsibilities**

- Complete all prescribed core/generic skills training according to agreed duration.
- Complete and present mutually assigned projects
- Attend and follow-through all regulated reviews with appointed mentors.
