Singapore PSB ACADEMY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Admissions Policy, Procedures and documents
- Responsible to review and develop new admissions policies aligned to corporate objectives, plans and directions
- Manage key admissions documents - Admissions requirement and Student Handbook, in the review and update of information.
- Work closely with all depts within PSB Academy, vendors, partners, regulators and legal in ensuring all the PSB Academy admissions process and polices meet regulations and requirements.

2. Fee Protection Scheme Group (FPS G) Policy
- Responsible for implementing the FPS G policy and procedure
- Work closely with appointed insurer and Finance for declaration and reporting and supporting queries from appointed insurer

3. Quality Assurance Management - EduTrust / ISO Student Admissions Criteria management
- Formulate / review policy and work processes with various internal stakeholders and working closely with QA for the different internal and external audits.

4. Manage alumni academic documents requests and its yearly review
- Ownership and maintain alumni database

5. AL Management
- Manage the recruitment, interview and outcome processes
- Maintain, review and update the policy documents and processes
- Maintain and review the associate contract aligned to regulatory, Partner University requirements

6. Graduation Ceremony (GC)
- Responsible to plan and organize for Diploma and Partner University GCs.

**Others**
- Any other ad-hoc duties or new projects as required and assigned by Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management related or its equivalent.
- More than 3 years of experience (Prior relevant experience from the Private Education industry will be an advantage.)
- Relevant working experience in education sector or in sectors managing policy processes or quality assurance.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in managing databases
- Meticulous and self-motivated team player.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work closely with senior management.
