Our Client is a leading provider of cooling solutions in Southeast Asia. They are seeking a **Senior Finance Executive** to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Supervise and support the Account Executives in daily accounting activities
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Review quarterly GST for submission.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, external tax agent and review tax computation.
- Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure compliance.
- Review internal controls, policies and procedures, and recommend process improvements.
- Support the implementation of QuickBooks and other system enhancements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- **Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing full set of accounts (preferably in an equipment installation, or project-based environment)
- Proven experience supervising accounting staff.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (SFRS) and tax laws (GST, corporate income tax).
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

**Location**:East.

**Working Hours**: 5 days work week.
