
Corporate Planning Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the planning and identification of potential new business avenues and platforms.
- Assist in the development of functions to be provided as a regional headquarter.
- Facilitate collaboration with head office and group companies, requiring Japanese communication skills for smooth coordination.
- Handle collation and information gathering for corporate planning activities.
- Assist in the operational tasks of board meetings and general assemblies, conducted in Japanese.
- Ensure adherence to processes, completing tasks accurately and without errors.
- Assist/Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager.Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma and above in Business or Management Studies preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (read, write, present professionally in Japanese due to extensive communication with Japanese stakeholders).
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and work meticulously.Experience in asset management, particularly in energy projects, is highly desirable.
**Skills**:
- Basic understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Continuous Improvement Management, and Data Management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
