[What the role is]

Deputy Manager, Finance Digital Services

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the Strategic Financial Management Sub-Group committed to provide forward-looking digital services to internal and external stakeholders. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our operational capabilities, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dedicated team responsible for maintaining and optimizing our SAP Finance ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the project team to plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Review and support the preparation of the project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they align with the overall project objectives.
- Assist in the coordination and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Support in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and expenditures, providing regular updates to management, reporting officer and other stakeholders.
- Act as a central point of contact for all project-related inquiries, fostering effective communication and information dissemination.
- Identify potential risks and issues during project execution and work collaboratively to implement timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in project review meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining project files.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary Qualification in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis or project management in SAP ERP system implementation and maintenance projects.
- Good working knowledge of various finance functions such as Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivables and/or Financial Reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in other digital tools such as Python, Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will have an advantage.
