Your new company is a global leader within the shipping industry who specialises in innovative transport solutions across Europe, Africa and Asia.

**Your new role**

Your new role as a Finance Business Partner would require you to prepare the monthly and quarterly forecasts independently and be a key member in the development of a reliable forecasting model. You will also be required to understand the group's budget financial model and refine it according to the business model in the region. Part of the analysis will require you to identify and understand key reasons for financial performance and prepare decks for variance explanation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Economics
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis
- You will also need to have strong financial modelling skills, and be proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation.
