NLCS (Singapore) is looking for an enthusiastic, highly dependable and committed **Facilities Technician **, with an outstanding track record. The primary function of the Facilities team is to provide logístical and facilities maintenance support.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Undertake and record basic maintenance work in accordance with the planned preventive maintenance schedule with safety as a priority.
- Undertake facilities inspections of the school including eg. classrooms, staff offices, pools, gymnasium, sports and playgrounds, and landscaped areas.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in working with various contractors on the day-to-day maintenance.
- Support the Facilities Manager with Fire and Emergency activities including drills, working closely with the Operations team.
- Conduct basic quality and testing checks.
- To ensure all works carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures
- Assist with the logistic requirements of school events including porterage services.
- To maintain an accurate stock control for all current and new maintenance equipment and materials
- Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as UK guidelines, particularly with regards to health and safety initiatives.

**Safeguarding**:

- Abide by the school safeguarding policy and keep abreast of any changes

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Building Servicing / Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in facilities management and/or related field
- Familiarity with Building Management System and Fire Protection System preferred
- May be required and willing to work some weekends based on operational needs
- A Cover Letter, stating your suitability for the role
