Description Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd Are you passionate about building services engineering and looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? As a Facilities Technician, you will be at the heart of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities at the Pandan and Loyang Workshops. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting our infrastructure, directly contributing to the overall success of ComfortDelGro Engineering. Be a part of a team that values excellence and innovation, and help us keep our facilities running seamlessly What you'll be doing Preventive & Corrective Maintenance : Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works. Routine Checks : Conduct daily routine checks, attend to enquiries, and respond to emergency repair and breakdown complaints. Contractor Supervision : Supervise and monitor contractor performance to ensure works are carried out based on contract specifications. Project Management : Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner. Implementation Assistance : Assist in the implementation of renewals such as fire drills, system shutdowns, periodic inspections, etc. Additional Tasks : Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management. What we're looking for Minimum NITEC / Certifications in building services engineering or a related field. Able to work on all Saturdays (Half day), 5.5 work days. Working Location: Loyang and Pandan only. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a facilities technician or in a similar role. Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Enthusiasm for implementing sustainable and energy-efficient practices.
