Summary

We are looking for an intern who will assist the Ground Operations team in the daily operations of coordinating project tableau, monitoring weekly AHL cases and other airport operations.

**Job Description**:
- Project Tableau (coordinator)- Monitoring the weekly AHL cases; to compare the number of AHL cases w-o-w, and to determine the fault and trend for Below Wing. The weekly reports will also help us to identify the weaker stations (upline) that caused most of the mishandling of bags for us to rectify and to improve the situation promptly.- To do spot check on arrival to ascertain the bag tagging method is compliance to airline’s requirement.- Monitoring crowd control at T1 during the peak hours and to find ways to improve the overall check-in flow including kiosk and ABD area.- To do spot check at gate to ensure GHA carries out the boarding by sequence, priority boarding follow by zonal are done according to airline’s requirement.
