Summary

The purpose of this role focuses on SIN Hub, Stations Performance and Audit and compliance. You will be part of the Ground Department and will work closely with appointed vendors as well as airport authorities and Scoot HQ to effectively manage and handle all operations to ensure smooth airport operations for Scoot.

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role focuses on the following (a) SIN Hub (b) Stations Performance (c) Audit and compliance

(a) SIN Hub- Responsible for operational and customer handling plans to drive hub punctuality, connections and ensure highest standard of customer experience at SIN Hub.- Responsible for the execution of flight handling activities at SIN Hub by leading and coordinating with the relevant airport stakeholders.- Coordinate with airport stakeholders for day-to-day operations and irregular operations in SIN Hub.- Collaborate with overseas stations and OALs (if applicable) for operational matters and ensure smooth customer handling for upline and downline stations.- Responsible for overseeing all customer and flight handling activities in SIN Hub;1) Provides real time updates to Manager Hub on developing situations 2) Covers all above wing activities- Manage a seamless journey for passengers transfer in SIN HUB in line with authorities regulations.- Manage upline issues with hub transfer implications for SQ and OALs.

(b) Stations Performance (SLA / NTL / APP Matters)- Track and monitor NTL, and to eliminate the trend by sharing the details with overseas stations as early as possbile.- Review of processes to eliminate APP issues at SIN and overseas stations.- Tracking and collating of stations OTP, CCVRs etc

(c) Audit and compliance / competency training management- Perform regular self-audits of service vendors or formal audits of other overseas stations when assigned on operational procedures and training requirements and ensure station adheres to the requirements.- Establish non-compliance root cause and determine corrective actions and preventive actions to address the non-compliance.- Ensure that ground safety regulations and aircraft emergency plans and procedures are constantly adhered to and practiced at station(s).

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of Airport Operations- Build strong relationships and provide regular and irregular ops plans for Network.- Possess strong people management skill at all level in order to lead the service partners.- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people from all levels- Ability and discipline to function independently at the highest level with mínimal guidance. Quick to adopt and adapt to changes- Embraces digitalisation and forward planning.- High problem solving skills based on a knowledge based approach.- Strong interpersonal skills and able to influence the team to achieve the best outcome for the company in support of management objectives.
