We are hiring a **Fund Operations Manager** to join us in our growth journey. If you're dedicated and ambitious, Ternary is an excellent place to grow your career. We are looking for one to help drive operational process improvement, reduce operational risks and manage relationship for our funds in Ternary.

DESIGNATION : [Ternary] Fund Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

ﾷ Assist in funds set up by drafting fund documents and coordinating with service providers.

ﾷ Monitor and support existing funds’ day-to-day operational needs which include USD settlement, monthly NAV, subscription and redemption, monthly and quarterly investors reporting, year-end financial statements, tax reporting, legal/compliance filings, etc.

ﾷ Identify and manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risks.

ﾷ Work closely with fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate production of fund NAV.

ﾷ Capture and reconcile all transactions in the portfolio management system.

ﾷ Perform trade, cash and positions reconciliations.

ﾷ Report AUM and P&L.

ﾷ Handle ad hoc projects as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

ﾷ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration preferred but not mandatory.

ﾷ CFA or CPA preferred

ﾷ Up to 6 years of operations and risk assessment experience in funds/financial services industry preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

ﾷ Ability to manage data for reporting.

ﾷ Foreign exchange and securities market industry experience.

ﾷ Regulatory and/or compliance experience ( e.g. anti-money-laundering, KYC)

ﾷ Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive.

ﾷ Deadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive regulatory and contractual requirements.

ﾷ Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.

ﾷ Experience with Customer Relationship Management is a plus.

ﾷ Working Hours: 8 hours each day, Monday to Friday.
