**Vice President (VP/SVP), Innovative & Strategic Marketing - Healthcare & MedTech - Category Design & Creation (APAC, Greater Asia)
An American Multinational Medical Technology company, Top 10 globally is seeking for a Vice President / Senior Vice President Level Marketing Leader with ‘ **Blue Ocean’ **mindset to develop strategies, drive market development and to lead **Category Creation & Design **.

As the senior leader, you should be able to demonstrate to the global top-level management and C-suite that you have a broad range of Marketing capabilities and the ability to lead and develop the regional team.

This will be a senior business leadership role and will report into the President.

**The Opportunity
As a recognised leader in the organisation, you will be responsible for spearheading the organisations Market Development and Category Creation & Design in APAC and the Greater Asia region.

This will be a highly strategic role, where you will lead, train, and develop your team of regional leaders towards executing this marketing strategy and creating new marketing categories.

This role will span across a multitude of innovative Medical Technology products and working across multiple business units across the organisation.

**What we look for**:

- A minimum of 12-15+ years of pure Marketing and Senior Leadership experience within a Multinational and Global organisation
- You are a highly innovative leader and are familiar with the business strategy of ‘ **Category Design’ & ‘Category Creation’**:

- A track record of being able to create a ‘Niche’ for a new or existing pipeline and dominating the market with a particular or multiple products
- Experience in working with a broad range of products including **Healthcare, Consumer Health, FMCG, Pharmaceutical **or **Medical Technology **will be highly appreciated
- Ability to understand and analyse analytical information in creating a ‘ Change in Behaviour ’ of business consumers (B2B) and to strategise and place products towards ‘ Creating a Need ’ for the market.
- This is a highly innovative role and will require the Leader to think differently to what is happening in the current market place
- We are seeking for a leader who will be able to spearhead new movements and to capitalize on the healthcare portfolio
- A senior leader to be involved in all aspects of the process, from product development, sales strategy, executive content, Market Development
