IPIM was founded to help private investors seamlessly access institutional-grade real estate investments in global markets, through a regulated platform. We focus on alternative real estate sectors, with a strong track record in investing in ground-up development and asset enhancement in the UK and USA. To date, our team has invested in transactions exceeding US$600m by Gross Development Value.
**Investor Relations**:
Investors are the bedrock of our business, and the Investor Relations team plays a vital role in understanding their needs and offering compelling opportunities in global real-estate markets, with exceptional service. The team is responsible for investor reporting, client servicing, distribution strategy and capital raising.
**Investor Operations Associate**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of the entire investor process, from client origination, onboarding, KYC/AML screening, subscription, payments, and ongoing monitoring using specialised screening tools.
- Liaison with fund administrators for all Singapore and non-Hong Kong investors.
- Coordinating investor reporting, client communication and marketing materials alongside IR and Investment teams.
- Coordination of all external distribution / introducer arrangements.
- Coordination of client events, including invitations, event management, and follow-up.
- Collating and tracking fundraising pipeline and preparing reports for senior management in coordination with Hong Kong team.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or law preferred.
**Experience Required**:
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services, investment or banking industries is a plus.
**Key Competencies**:
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving ability with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development.
- Capable of handling large volume of work; good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in a team environment.
