This position will have the primary responsibility of managing the communication with our Japanese colleagues and provide support for Japanese mandates during their timezone. This role is an extension of our teams located in Dublin and Canada which are responsible for the daily NAV production for traditional and hedge funds. A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

- Be a point of contact with our Japanese colleagues where they can escalate issues on reporting prepared by Dublin and Canada. Help to investigate and resolve the issues.
- Preparation and review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings.
- Assist with client deliverables and projects including, but not limited to, Distributions, new funds onboarding and fund liquidations.
- Manage client relationships and client queries and help to resolve issues/queries raised by our clients.
- Ensure the service level agreement and accuracy of client deliverables prepared by the team.
- Oversea the audit process, prepare financial statements or review such if prepared by other parties.
- Ensure all processes are performed following operational controls as stipulated in SOC1 and all relevant checklists are completed.
- Participate in multiple system initiatives and projects and contribute to idea generation for future process or technological improvements. Expected to participate on both a local and global level.
- Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the fund administration industry with experience in servicing hedge funds clients.
- Strong understanding of fund administration industry. This includes multiple fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments and fund offering documentation review.
- Have a client-centric mentality to provide an excellent client service.
- Experience with fund accounting software Geneva or working knowledge of Bloomberg would be beneficial.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be beneficial.
- Japanese speaker will be an advantage.
