Business Process Analyst: Yield Management

Job Area: Operations Group, Operations Group > Business Process Analysis General Summary: Business Process Analyst supporting the Yield Management Solutions group. Will require a deep understanding of manufacturing and yield analytics. This includes improving existing business processes as well as identifying / driving new processes for the team to improve our scalability, flexibility, cost and pro-activeness. He/She will work closely Product Test Engineering and IT to develop integrated solutions. He/She will assist in large system and process integration projects, consolidation and segregation of functions, and creating flexible and scalable solutions to meet organizational goals. He/She must be able to document processes, document solutions, create visualization slides, and problem statements. He/She must have ability to engage business teams to provide support for strategic projects as well as work with business leads to drive alignment across different teams. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years’ experience in the following areas required: - Business process analysis and design - System design and test - Leading cross functional teams - Change Management - Project planning - Semiconductor Yield Analytic Platform - Data Models & Integrations - Big Data and Cloud Based Solution Experience - Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Experience Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years’ experience in the following areas required: - Business process analysis and design - System design and test - Leading cross functional teams - Change Management - Project planning - Semiconductor Yield Analytic Platform - Data Models & Integrations - Big Data and Cloud Based Solution Experience - Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or related field, and Process Implementations will be a big plus. Additional skills in the following areas considered a plus: - Experience in the semiconductor industry - Experience with large scale merger and integration type projects - Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data and process flows, in a fabless and contract manufacturing environments; an in-depth understanding and experience in semiconductor supply chain operations - supply and demand management, manufacturing, planning, quality, sourcing and supplier management; and strong partnership skills to design and architect scalable, efficient and flexible business designs, balancing people, process and systems, in collaboration with internal and external supplier cross functional teams. Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and QlikView - APICS or similar Supply Chain Certification. Experience with Optimal +, PDF Solutions, Extensio, Synopsys Yield Explorer or similar. - Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. - 7+ years of Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related work experience. - 6+ years of experience with analyzing complex data sets. - 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization. - 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). - 1+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports). Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Leads highly complex analyses to identify where an issue has occurred and where process inefficiencies or gaps exist; performs cost/benefit analyses to improve support initiatives. - Leads the development and execution of the most complex and urgent technical process initiatives for a diverse range of problems. - Leads the team on large business process improvement projects, including facilitating the process lifecycle, and defining deliverables; assists management to define deliverables for complex initiatives. - Determines and drives integration and stabilization of highly complex processes across the organization. - Leads team effort to identify key measures of process effectiveness, reviews and develops performance metrics and aligns team members to performance goals. - Assumes the lead role for securing support based on feedback and an understanding of business needs. - Leads the team by creating, delivering, and providing presentations and training for highly complex business process improvements and enhancements. - Writes clear and detailed documentation for highly complex processes and projects. - Makes impactful decisions as it pertains to highly complex issues that arise within one's own function; makes decisions for more junior analysts. - Works with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate complex projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project. - Manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for large and/or multiple projects; rev
