**About The Team**

Our team's vision is to achieve asset management best practices while balancing cost\policy\user experience. We are responsible for IT Assets Management, including hardware and software, detail working on formulate policy\make strategy\process improvement, etc. We also ensure our policy and SOP will be carried out well by end user and supporting team.

**Responsibilities**
- As a regional asset admin, support the asset management work in the region, including not limited to the implementation of the company's asset policy, control of key process nodes, and realize the control of the entire asset life cycle;
- Thoroughly understand the global user usage scenarios, and assist in continuously optimizing the management process and usage strategy of IT assets;
- Assist in documenting the asset management system, formulate asset management SOP suitable for global standards, and provide guidance to front-line engineers;
- Through the analysis of asset data, prepare regular asset analysis reports, in order to improve the overall management efficiency of IT assets, reduce costs and improve efficiency;
- Assist in the inventory of the company's IT assets, and follow up the inventory results, and have special inventory strategies for important assets to ensure that the accounts are consistent;
- Cooperate with the audit department to complete all kinds of audits to ensure that the process specifications conform to relevant audit standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or above, IT technical background/experience is preferred;
- Have good customer service consciousness, language expression and communication skills, have learning spirit, have good team cooperation and document production ability;
- English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required, could communicate with overseas suppliers and users without obstacles, and having overseas work or educational background is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work, strong logic, sureness, initiative, good at communication and coordination.
