**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Operations/Purchasing to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Work with Field Service/Project teams to ensure the proper equipment is allocated for work orders
- Maintain inventory controls over tools
- Provide reports supporting the asset inventory using excel and other tables as needed
- Maintain Asset status quality in CMDB and prepare for Audit
- Collaborate with team and inventory managers to make sure assets are appropriately updated and managed to assure data quality and no asset loss.
- Gather data on and provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost and risk of asset life cycles.
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
- Track and record orders. Receive orders and documents arrivals
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
- Monitor order expenses
- Organize and schedule procurements on time
- Operate equipment and follow all safety procedures

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Understanding of basic procurement concepts such as purchase order, quote, approval, requisition, receipt of good etc.
- Awareness of concept of Hardware lifecycle management and how it is applied in a large corporate environment such as End of life, warranty, disposal, RMA etc.
- Financial concepts such as operational expenditure, capital expenditure, fixed assets, ledgers
- bility to work in internal asset management processes to ensure proper allocation of assets across cost center and accounting codes
- Coordination with distributed teams and maintain stock room control requirements
- Understanding & working experience on SAP, creating, updating & tracking purchase requisitions.
- Strong foundation in spreadsheets (EXCEL), pivot tables and generating reports
- Ability to work with all levels within an organization
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to function as a team player
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals

**Salary**: Up to $5,500.00 per month
