**【Responsibilities】**

**Investment**
- Manage acquisition and divestment of assets related to investment management
- Research on real estate market, financial capital market and real estate investment trust market, and collate data regarding investments in target countries
- Provide accurate analysis of all required research on investments as stated above
- Regular meeting with relevant personnel such as Sponsor’s Development Division and various stakeholders
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the markets and industry in the target countries

**Asset Management**
- Planning of the trust's management and related projects, capital policy, financial strategy and financing
- Manage dividend policy and monetary distribution of the trust
- In charge of asset management of the trust
- Overall asset management held by the trust
- Manage additional investment in the assets held by the trust
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the markets and industry in the target countries

**General**
- Comply to Company guidelines, work ethics and regulations
- Coordinate with the local team, the parent company (in Japan) and various stakeholders
- Report to parent company in Japan, and execute business strategies as required
- Any other duties, as assigned by managers

**【Job Requirements】**
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar job scope or industry
- Extensive knowledge of investments and real estate business
- Experience in handling acquisition, divestment of assets, trust planning and project management
- Ability to research widely and precisely on the information required, analyze the market, and provide accurate support to the Company
- Ability to strategize and manage client assets according to investment preferences and goals, and assess financials for legal compliance
- Professional qualifications related to real estate business is highly desired
- Experience in cross-border investments is strongly desired, especially for ASEAN countries
- Team player and ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Strong time management skills
- Presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

This position reports to Head of Investment and Head of Asset Management.
