**Working Location: Near Aljunied MRT
We are looking for an HR assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR & Admin department in duties like posting job ads, updating database and processing employee’s requests.
This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
**Job Description**:
- Assist with day to day HR functions and duties
- Maintain employee's P-file
- Assist in monthly payroll and reports
- Assist in recruiting/onboarding
- Perform other ad-hoc activities
**Requirements**:
- Min 1-2 yrs of Office Management and HR function
- Minimum N or O Level
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Must be able to work independently, driven and take initiatives
- Must be reliable and a strong team player
