Queenstown, Singapore BizCare Personnel Services Full time

**Salary**: up to $5000

**Working hour**: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) *5 DAY week
- Maintain proper accounting records of transactions in accordance with Singapore law and FRS to enable preparation of accurate and reliable financial reports and financial statements.
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks such as preparation of accounting journals and bank reconciliation.
- Timely production of management accounts, financial statements, accounting schedules, cash flow projections and financial analyses.
- Analyze financial information and discuss with business unit managers.
- Review operating capital position with business unit managers.
- Prepare year end statutory financial statements in accordance with Singapore law and FRS.
- Assist in the preparation of the year end tax schedules for review by tax consultants
- Liaise with external auditors on statutory audit.
- Compute allocation of support function costs to the various business units.
- Liaise with Principals and customers on financial matters.
- Intercompany balance confirmation and transaction elimination.
- Assist in compilation of annual budget.
- Compilation and submission of GST returns.
- Prepare, supervise and review the accounts of entities which are part of the Group
- Ensuring compliance with the Group policies and accounting standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ACCA / Accounting Degree with 5 years Singapore Accounting full set and preferably with Audit Experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge in Accounting Software preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision

**Salary**: up to $4500

**Working hour**: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) *5 DAY week

Handle full sets of accounts for smaller entities.
Responsible for processing accounting entries / journals
Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
Perform accounts analysis and preparation of accounts / audit schedules
Compilation and submission of GST returns
Issue invoices and statements of accounts
Process suppliers’ invoices and payments

**Requirements**:
Diploma/ Degree/ ACCA with 4-5 years Singapore Accounting full set/ GL experiences

System migration knowledge and experience. Knowledge of Navision advantage.
