**What the Role Entails**:
Position Overview
Tencent Finance is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Analyst to join our Finance IT Management Department team. In this role, you will independently drive small to mid-sized financial system projects across their full lifecycle — from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and delivery. You will collaborate directly with finance and IT teams to ensure project milestones are achieved with high quality and efficiency. **Responsibilities**
- Independently manage small to mid-sized projects across financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms, payment systems), ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Technology, and Operations to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Lead project scoping, timeline definition, resource coordination, and drive technical solutions.
- Drive process improvements, identify risks proactively, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective documentation and communication of project status, risks, and results to relevant teams.
- Support the enhancement and optimization of system functionality based on user feedback and business needs.

**Who We Look For**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of project management experience in financial system implementation, with at least 1 full project cycle completed (e.g., ERP, billing platforms, payment systems).
- Hands-on familiarity with project management tools
- Good understanding of financial processes and system workflows, with exposure to SAP, Oracle Financials, or other mainstream financial systems
- Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin to collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and independent working style.
