We are looking to hire a **Project Finance Analyst **to support our client in Singapore which is a top **global investment bank **.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing of project estimate and forecast
- Tracking of project budget, ensuring it does not deviate from forecast
- Handle Invoicing and Billing, ensure accurate billing from vendor and payments are make accordingly.
- Ensure no duplicate payments are made, liaising with vendors and the relevant depts
- Monitoring project activities, particularly relating to project budget and expenses
- Work closely with PM on Project budget and Resource Budget
**Requirements**:
- Background in Finance / IT / accounting
- Possess 2-4 years of relevant project finance experience, supporting technology/IT related projects
- Past experience in keeping track of project budget, expenses
- Past experience handling invoice and billing, interacting with vendors
- Possess strong excel skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
