**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Corporate Communications team that is responsible for the development and execution of integrated strategic communications strategies, including media and stakeholder engagements, for the Ministry of Law.
**What you will be working on**
- Your key responsibilities are: - Communications Strategy and Planning - Strategise, formulate and execute integrated public communications and engagement plans to support MinLaw's policy objectives. - Media Outreach - Initiate and organise proactive media outreach efforts, such as press conferences, media briefings ,interviews, and pitching of stories while ensuring the effectiveness of these outreach efforts. - Content Development - Prepare content for materials such as press releases, factsheets, speeches, media replies, infographics, videos, interview briefings and other promotional materials for media and stakeholder consumption on both traditional and social media platforms. - Sense-making - Monitor and analyse current events and public opinion in traditional and social media and advise the appropriate response.
**What we are looking for**
- 2 - 5 years’ work experience in corporate communications, media relations, public relations, advertising or journalism - Strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. - Strong command of English, with an ability to adapt writing style and tone based on platforms and target audience - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communicator - Strong team player with good interpersonal skills - Driven and self-motivated, possess a positive attitude to work - Meticulous with attention to detail - Good judgement
