Business Analyst (VBA/ERP Integration Expertise)

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Develop and maintain tools using VBA to support Finance functions.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and address business needs.
- Manage and integrate static data within ERP systems such as Oracle, and Coupa.
- Improve and streamline end-to-end business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and update the Singapore finance approval matrix for Coupa.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and process improvements.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of developed tools and processes.

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining tools with VBA.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, and Coupa.
- Knowledge of integrating static data such as suppliers, and chart of accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred to have familiarity with the finance processes and requirements in Singapore
