Outbound Representative/ Sales Development

We are a new expansion office in Singapore and we are looking for an Outbound Representative/ Sales Development Representative that prospects, qualifies, and generates new leads in support to the business.
Working in CloudRetail you can expect fast track career path, potential for growth, and fun working environment in our 4 offices in Asia Pacific Region (and counting). Based on our experience, capable talents could achieve fast promotion when compared with other companies in the industry and exponential growth in benefits.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Utilise our in-house lead generation tools
- Reach out to prospects through different types of communication
- Qualify leads and passes them to the account management team
- Work with leads generated by the business's other activities, such as marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, customer referrals and help generate new ones
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent
- Fluent spoken of English and M.andarin, since we have lots of M.andarin speaking clients
- A creative, passionate and self-driven team player
- Willingness to contact and sell to people you’ve never met
- Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads
- Friendly, competitive spirit and a team-oriented mindset
- A relentless desire for growth and advancement
- Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment
