**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Project Management**: Lead the delivery of Fenergo-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee technical teams, including developers, business analysts, and testers, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
- **Solution Design & Implementation**: Work closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure Fenergo solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
- **Risk & Issue Management**: Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and issues early, and drive mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- **Agile & SDLC Management**: Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices.
- **Regulatory & Compliance Alignment**: Ensure all Fenergo implementations meet regulatory and compliance standards within banking/financial services.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive innovation and process improvements within the delivery framework for efficiency gains.

**Requirements**:
**Fenergo Expertise**: Proven experience in implementing and managing Fenergo CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) or related solutions.

**Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Fenergo APIs, configurations, and integrations with banking systems.

**Project Delivery**: 8+ years of experience in managing IT project delivery within banking/financial services.

**Agile & Waterfall Methodologies**: Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

**Vendor Management**: Experience in managing third-party vendors, contracts, and SLAs.

**Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes within banking.
