About the opportunity
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our APAC business.
- Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
- Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
- Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to address their talent needs.
- Full-cycle recruitment for various functional areas and across all job levels, including senior/C-level hiring.
- Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
- Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving our Talent Acquisition and broader People function.
What you need to be successful
- University degree in any discipline.
- Approx. 7 to 10 years of in-house recruitment or onsite RPO experience.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
- Well versed with complex executive compensation packages.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
- Maturity, strong relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills
