DESIGNATION : Manager (15-month contract), Office of Student Life

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secretariat for the Singapore University Sports Council (SUSC)
- Coordinate meetings.
- Liaising with IHLs.
- Prepare the venue.
- Minutes-taking etc.
- Organise Singapore University Games (SUniG), administration matters such as:

- Coordination with other Universities.
- Finance matters.
- Medals procurement.
- Closing Ceremony.
- Host events; invites; venues; programme and refreshments.
- Liaison with FISU and AUSC as the point of contact for all Singapore universities.
- Secretariat for WUG, including the coordination of logistics support for the Singapore contingent at the Games (overseas).
- Finance coordinator for payments of the games for participating sports and athletes.
- Prepare necessary reports and presentations.
- Liaising with external agencies (eg. SportSG, MOE, etc).
- Maintain and upkeep the SUSC website.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a role working with administrative matters including financial accounting, minutes taking etc.
- Self-motivated with strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong organizing, coordinating and administrative capabilities.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to guide, influence and be assertive where necessary.
- Meticulous and able to meet short deadlines effectively.
- Good financial accounting abilities.
- Excellent team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
