**Your responsibilities**
- Fulfill corporate travel customers’ travel related requests in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and car rentals to result in maximized profitability for the client and BCD Travel
- Understand client’s preference and offer best options available in terms of pricing and routing
- Maintain high level of customer service by ‘Going the Extra Mile’
- Resolve or escalate customer’s complaints and general queries
- Plays a proactive role in communicating to Team Leader when encountering issues
- Work independently, exercising discretion and judgement to resolve problems
- Minimize errors and mistakes through attention to detail. Develop knowledge of procedures, products, rules and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at the relevant level

**We're looking for you if your profile matches the following**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of corporate travel experience.
- Have good grasp of the airline fares and knowledge of various travel products.
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels with IATA/UFTAA Diploma (ADV) an advantage.
- Good understanding of airfares constructions principles and ticket formats.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented, ability to meet tight timeline.
- Creative thinking, able to think “out of the box”.
- Organized, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize.
- Knowledge of reservation systems (GDS) is essential.
- Maintain team spirit, teamwork and cohesiveness in the team to deliver results.
- Prior ticketing experience is highly preferred.
- Creative thinking, able to think “out of the box” and possess “Can-do” attitude
- To instill positive attitude among the team and be a role model through leadership by example
