Senior / Executive, Facilities Development

The primary role and responsibilities are in the interior design, space planning and project management of any improvement works in NHCS building, including NHCS in-patient wards at SGH. This will include drafting of renovation specifications, raising purchase request, calling invitation to quote / request for quotation, preparing budget projection and management of all repair and renovation or addition and alteration works.
You will also assist in leasing processes of wards’ spaces in SGH, upkeep of maintenance contract records and statutory documentation, and assist in various licensing process and inspection/audit.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facility / Construction Project Management, or related fields with at least 2 years’ experience and demonstrated competencies in managing of projects and contractors in Renovation & Repair / Addition and Alteration works; OR
- Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Facility / Construction Project Management, or related fields with 8 yrs relevant experience & demonstrated competencies in managing of projects and contractors in Renovation & Repair / Addition and Alteration works
- Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage
- Experience in AutoCAD drafting and Building Information Modelling (BIM) would be an added advantage
- Competent in problem solving, personnel management, interpersonal communications and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, and in a team setting
