As a BIM Engineer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for the successful implementation and management of BIM processes in the construction field, specifically focusing on Building Services, Airconditioning, and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works. You will collaborate closely with the design department to ensure compliance with engineering and safety requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **BIM Execution Planning (BEP)**:Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan, aligning all project stakeholders on BIM requirements, deliverables, and workflows.
- **Project Management**:Lead and manage the BIM project team, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals on time and within budget.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and owners using BIM technology to create a shared understanding of project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- **Model Management**:Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the BIM model through regular audits, updates, and version control.
- **BIM Standards and Compliance**:Ensure all BIM deliverables adhere to Singapore's local regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including the Singapore BIM Guide and the Code of Practice for BIM e-Submissions.
- **Data Management**:Efficiently manage project data, develop and implement data management strategies, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:Establish and maintain a robust quality control process, ensuring BIM deliverables meet required accuracy, detail, and consistency.
- **Integration with Other Technologies**:Integrate BIM with other project management and design tools, such as cost estimation, scheduling, and facility management software, to optimize project efficiency.
- **Reporting and Performance Monitoring**:Develop and implement performance metrics to track BIM implementation progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Must have project ACMV experience.
- **Certifications**:Safety certification, minimum Bizsafe Level 2. Training will be provided if not already certified.
- **Skills**:Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong independence and leadership in a teamwork environment.
Ability to move across various local sites.
- **Soft Skills**:Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
