Requirements : 1) Specialist Diploma in or relevant recognized certificate in BIM (structure). A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized certificate including BIM experience is acceptable. 2) Minimum 6 years of BIM Lead and/or Digital Management experience. 3) Capable of carrying out and coordinating the BIM process. 4) Familiar with the latest authority submission process and digital requirements. 5) Capable of working independently and carrying out project/BIM assignments under minimal supervision. 6) Keen to lead and manage BIM and Digital development. 7) Capable of participating in BIM meetings independently and BIM coordination in Projects. 8) Capable of leading C&S BIM modeler/technician in a Project. 9) Experience in design is an advantage. 10) Good planning and organizational skills in managing modelling and drafting works. 11) Passionate about learning, developing BIM/Digital skills in a firm, teamwork and project delivery to the highest standards. 12) Good engineering knowledge and communication skills. Job Description : 1) Participate in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology. 2) Prepare or provide input to the BIM Execution Plan. 3) Manage the exchange and coordination of the BIM model with peers and project stakeholders. 4) Collaborate and coordinate with the Client and extended Consultant team to ensure the successful completion of an assignment within a given timeline. 5) Lead detailed design drawings and monitor the drawing production. 6) Work closely with the Design Team to develop an efficient workflow, achieve the best quality drawings in a reasonably short time. 7) Maintain the BIM protocol for the projects, where required. 8) Prepare and carry out authority submission of drawings and documents. 9) Assists Professional Engineer with analysis of information, production of drafting documentation, tender documents and proposals. 10) Actively pursues the opportunity to develop BIM skills and participates enthusiastically in the development of company BIM/digital standards.
