We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Warehouse Manager with expertise in handling Indian spices and products, as well as a strong understanding of Indian FMCG brands to join our client and grow the company. Your understanding of Indian FMCG brands and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and inventory management of Indian spices and products, including proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee the training and supervision of warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Indian FMCG industry, particularly related to spices and products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and foster growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience working in cold-room environment
- In-depth knowledge of Indian FMCG brands, their products, and industry-specific requirements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
