As a Warehouse Assistant, your main purpose is to perform warehouse duties and assist the warehouse team.
- Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager
- Liaises with: Warehouse Team

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Safety Protocols and Regulations**:

- Observing safety protocols and following health and safety regulations when performing duties.
- Switching off and locking out equipment when not in use.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Performing accurate and quality picking processes using the RF device.
- Performing organized packing of picked goods using the correct packing method and process and ensuring their safety during transport.
- Performing the proper labeling of outgoing stocks for identification.

**Receiving and Verifying Shipments**:

- Assisting in unloading containers for receiving and shipping.
- Receiving and verifying accuracy and quality of incoming offshore shipments and local suppliers.
- Performing the accurate process of putaway using the RF device.

**Storage and Inventory Management**:

- Sorting and placing products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through the use of a warehouse management system.
- Execute cycle counts or stocktake as organized by supervisor

**General Duties**:

- Completing daily logs as necessary.
- Assisting the driver to deliver stocks to customers.
- Assisting to pick hardware products.
- Disposing of faulty goods.
- Shifting office assets & documents, etc.
- Constantly being aware of the team's communication and providing input when necessary.
- Willingness to be trained in Warehouse Management System tools necessary for daily operations and performing tasks.
- Being physically and mentally fit to work in a warehouse environment.
- Understanding the warehouse layout for inventory and assets movements.
- Adhering to rules and processes in performing tasks related to high-valued items.
- Conduct random stock checks to ensure accuracy within the designated area of responsibility.
- Monitor workstation organization and cleanliness, and regularly perform housekeeping tasks
- Growing Knowledge of products and Services the organization offers
- Performs logistics-related services, such as assembling and repairs when necessary.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by its supervisor.
- Accuracy of receiving of shipment & picking.

- Preferably 1-year of relevant experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 34 per week
