**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience as a CMO within crypto currency space
- Deep understanding of social media platforms.
- Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Design a clear strategy to market and maintain a hybrid audience of both crypto and mainstream audience to accelerate mainstreaming of the project.
- Liaising with sales and public relations teams to align objectives.
- Growing and developing the in-house marketing team.
- Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals.
- Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
- Contributing to new business development initiatives.
- Budget management.
- Design, coordinate and execute marketing actions in relation with internal and external teams.
- Analyze, track and improve metrics and KPIs
- Study the market for new changes and trends and generate comprehensive executive reports.
- A leader and team builder with both creative and analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field..
- More than 10 years' proven experience in a marketing manager
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms.
- Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to be hands-on when required
- Strategic thinking
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal English skills) and interpersonal abilities
