**CMO Lead**:

- Location: Singapore, 01, SG- Country/Region: SG- Job Area: Project & Information Management- Business Unit: Neste Business Unit**CMO LEAD (Construction Management Organization)**

**GENERAL**:
The CMO Lead supports the project managers in reaching the goals of the project and in construction-related matters. The CMO Lead is directly responsible for the execution of the
construction phase and the related schedule, safety, budget, quality and relationship with the client. The CMO Lead acts as the person in charge of the site when NES is the main

contractor of an investment project. Postion will be reporting to Engineering Solutions Manager and will have matrix reporting to VP of Construction Management in Fnland

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- planning the completion of the site
- acting as a construction expert in all the phases of the projects (Feasibility study, Definition & Execution)
- compiling the contracting plan
- preparing the contract documents, supervision and coordination of contracts
- heading the technical part of the contract negotiations in cooperation with design
- planning and implementation of site arrangements
- managing the supervisory work of different work types in the installation, construction and start-up phase
- reporting on progress and threats to the project managers & as requried by others in organization
- leading team of construction department (Construction Managers, Supervisors, etc)
- closing the site, final reporting and aftercare of construction
- Lead the Construction Management Team and its operations as well as the implementation of the team’s action and development plans
- Manage and report the performance and competence of team members according to company's strategy and vision
- Develop instructions, procedures and practices of own team, as well as manage the change and renewal in the organization
- Manage capacity resourcing and maintain network with stakeholders
- Ensure strong cooperation with other disciplines especially project management.
- To act as Construction Manager in selected projects

**Competence requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in construction management and/or project management
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in technical education
- Professional experience of construction projects in industrial environment
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Experience of construction of process planning and installation work
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- Previous experience in leading positions is required
