**Responsibilities**:

- Create support tickets in ITSM systems with clear and detailed description, assign with appropriate categorization and priority level
- Initiate quick resolution to routine incidents/requests and follow baseline SOP/KB library
- Escalate unresolvable cases to appropriate tier support team and continue following up with team until full resolution
- Dispatch field support engineer (local and overseas teams) and follow up on-site job status
- Provide ad hoc on-site support to customers occasionally
- Contribute to KB/SOP library by integrating existing technical guidelines from customers and on-going experiences earned from case handling
- Act as an internal escalation point within service desk team to provide suggestions to teammates
- Prepare customer monthly service report with verification and interpretation of support case data
- Conduct service review meeting with customer IT team
- Shift duty required at 5 days per week, 9 hours per day with 1 hour meal break from 0600 to 2400

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder in computer science, information technology or related discipline
- Experience on supporting endpoint devices of different operating system including Windows and Apple platforms
- Basic knowledge on generic IT workplace systems including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, ServiceNow
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good at composition of technical guideline/procedure documents
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
